III. Old Business:
A. Resource Center: Need a light in the Atrium, New plants in planter.
B. Clinic: Need help for the Clinic from 10 – 1 for office duty and help to repair computers.
C. Unit ‘L’: Room and doors will be finished by the meeting. Chuck Oppermann explained the setup for the projectors. Stan Ashbrook will get electronic switch.
D. Monthly Meeting: Everything is ready.
E. Media Center: Everything is OK.
F. Alternative Uses of Center: iPhone developers will meet here on May 11.
G. Website: Tom Kiehl and Tom Lembke will work on it.
H. SIG Stuff: Novice, Excel, Powerpoint & Mac will close for the summer.
I. Classes: Beginners XP, Beginners Windows 7, Digital Scrapbooking and Windows Essentials.
J. Seminars: Nothing new.
K. Publicity Committee: Nothing this summer.
New Business:
A. Fairway Village has moved their meeting date so will be attending ours.
B. AARP has contacted us to co-host a Senior Fair.
C. The FACUG cruise is scheduled for Jan 23-27, 2011.
D. We have tickets for the Motivational Workshop for any members that are interested.
