III. Old Business

  1. Resource Center: Lynne purchased a new vacuum cleaner for us.  We need to get a key for entrance to the roof from our landlord.  We need to fix the outside door to the new addition so that it will only permit exit.
  2. Committees: Ed Watzel, representing our new Publicity Committee, asked some adminitstative type questions about where they get their info, do they have a budget, etc.  We'll work together to help them get started.
  3. Seminars: Jan McNulty, Jim Boynton, June Hollister, & Stan Ashbrook continue to teach.   June Hollister, Phil Sullivan all have new entries.
  4. Website Updates: Website is published.  It needs auditing, but Tom Lembke did a great job.
  5. Equipment: New A/V lab will start with 2 editing bays - one for audio and one for video.  Doc wants a Lightscribe DVD burner on the video computer.  We will also consider puchasing a slide scanner and a holder to attach to their digital cameras so members can copy their 35mm slides.
