I. Open

1. Resource Center: The Town Hall meeting generated some volunteers.  Overall, the Resource Center is staying cleaner.  We do need a new vacuum cleaner.
2. Committees: We have a Publicity Committee: Ed Watzel, Judy Schnepper, & Beverly Asselin!
3. Seminars: Jan McNulty, Jim Boynton, June Hollister, and Stan Ashbrook continue to teach.
4. Website Updates: http://snowbirdonline.com was created by Tom Lembke.  Now we'll tweak it.
5. Equipment: Digital Video SIG requested better speakers on the SIG computer.  Frank Bucca will find some for us.
6. Alternative uses of Center: Socrates Cafe delayed until fall.
7. SIG Windows: We'll let members know they're available to hang pictures, etc.  Use poster putty please.
8. How can we reward our volunteers? (Doc): Tabled

IV. New Business

1. Fun Stuff CD (Doc): Dale Atchison is working on producing a CD that we can use for a fund-raiser.
2. Add Office Space (Doc): It will cost roughly $280 / month to lease the rest of Suite K.  We voted to acquire the extra 300 sq. ft. in order to provide audio & video editing bays (as well as storage space for our repair clinic).  Yes=8, No=0
3. Slide Copier (Doc): http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?from=R40&_trksid=m37&satitle=slide+copie  We may purchase one or more of these so members can use their digital cameras to copy their 35mm slides.
