1) General Interest

Audio/Video Studio Updates
Our Audio/Video Studio has a new conversion capability.  We can now convert your 8mm Video Camcorder tapes to digital files that can be put on DVD's.

We still offer conversions of:

bulletVinyl LP records or your audio cassettes to MP3's or to Audio CD's
bulletVHS tapes to DVD's (Home Video VHS tapes not Commercial VHS tapes)
bullet35mm slides to JPG's

All conversions are done in real-time so if you have a 2-hour VHS tape to convert you will need a 2-hour appointment.

We have mentors available to help you.  We welcome anyone who wishes to train to become a Mentor in the A/V Studio -- email us at Beverlytbcs@gmail.com.  We could use the help.

To make an appointment for the A/V Studio please send an email to the Club Secretary.

We do have a few rules about the Studio:

bulletYou MUST have an appointment to be in the room.
bulletNo one is permitted to add equipment or modify ANY of the wiring or hardware.
bulletPlease do NOT ask people in our Clinic to admit you to the studio.
They are instructed NEVER to do so.

It took a lot to create, engineer, test, and prepare all of the hardware and software that we use in the center.  We insist that you be trained in its proper usage before you are trusted to work on your own.
