1) General Interest

Sorry, I'm sooo late...

My job at H&R Block ended last Wednesday, and I'm searching for a part-time replacement.  Been busier at the beginning of the week than normal.  Last time I was this late, my excuse was a heart attack.  Busy... just isn't nearly as impressive.

Remember that this Thursday afternoon from 1-3pm will see our new FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) SIG meeting with Stew Bottorf at the helm.  This is a great place if you are looking to get away from the Microsoft monopoly.

Remember also that Doc's Place will take place on Friday morning from 10am 'til noon.

Finally, don't forget that the TBCS Cafe will be meeting this Wednesday night from 7-9pm.  The theme this month is "Inspiration".  I'll have a least one short movie to show; followed by our usual sparkling conversation.  Come on and join us.  You don't have to be a TBCS member to come to this event so bring your friends.
