1) General Interest

Censorship at TBCS?

I am frequently asked questions about computers, hardware, software, etc.  You will often hear me say, "That's just my opinion, you will find plenty of people that disagree with me on this issue."  This is just a reminder that this is always the circumstance at TBCS.  Many of us have well-researched and strongly held opinions, but they are only opinions.

I have had SIG leaders and instructors ask me to silence others because they advocated something different than the rest.  I want to be very clear that TBCS does not officially endorse ANYTHINGNor do we proscribe anyone in the club from espousing their opinion.

Personally, I'm a big believer in the right to free speech in our country.  I cannot imagine any circumstances that would persuade me that our club should follow any different policy.  If this little essay isn't clear, feel free to write me and ask my opinion.  <grin>
