The Public is invited!

What: TBCS Open House
When: This Saturday
January 13th
10am - 3pm
Where: TBCS Resource Center
1510 Barry Rd.
Clearwater, FL 33756

TBCS members please feel free to bring your friends & neighbors!

Refreshments, hands on training in our computer lab - bring your questions, and "Fun Stuff From the Internet" at the beginning of every hour.

Random Acts of Kindness Computer Clinic:
We hold these clinics to promote the concept of performing random acts of kindness for others. It's not the "size" of the kindness that you perform for someone that's important; it's the giving of yourself that makes a difference. I happen to believe that "kindness is catching".  We're not requiring pre-registration this time.  Bring your computer from 10am 'til 2pm and our team of technicians will fix it up.  This service is available to non-members as well as members.

Bring your friends & neighbors, and let's show 'em how friendly & helpful we are at the
Tampa Bay Computer Society.

1) General Interest

Volunteers are needed...!

We have an urgent need for a new Webmaster, a new Bits & Bytes Editor, and we need someone to help us out with public relations also.  I've had some people here and there offer to help out, but I wanted to give everyone one last chance to throw your hat in the ring before we made a decision.  Please consider joining our crew.  Please send an email to the Club Secretary and let us know that you're interested.

4 hours (2 two-hour sessions) 10am - noon   $20
2 Mondays: 2/5 & 2/12  -  You MUST register for this class.
Photo Story 3 is the FREE software that comes from Microsoft that helps you to build movies from your photos.  We had a Photo Story 3 contest several months ago.  Many of you asked afterwards if we would have classes again.  Photo Story software helps you to build photo albums with transitions, movement, narration, and music.  Not only can you get very professional looking results, but the software is really very easy to use.
